Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or booking amendments or a charge maybe incurred. I understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s lives and sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, it is not always possible to give 24 hours’ notice. If you are taken ill or there is an emergency, please let me know in the first available instance and I will try to be flexible. This will be at my discretion.

Shipping Policy:
Please allow 5-7 working days for your bespoke product to be shipped after placing an order.
Julie Kearns Natural Therapies only ships within the United Kingdom.
Free local delivery is available for TN1 and TN2 postcodes. Your order will be hand-delivered unless you prefer to collect it from Julie Kearns Natural Therapies.
For the rest of the UK, packages are sent via Royal Mail First Class delivery.
Delivery Costs:
Orders £60.00 and up: Free delivery.
Up to 2.2lb: £4.00.
2.2lb and up: £6.00.
